EXPERTISE:
The primary target was to implement GaN technology in X-Band and Ka-Band transmitter development. For this purpose, Actox has developed the proprietary GaN HPAs and MMICs using Trinquint’s row dies. By the year 2003 Actox succeeded in completing unique designs of the smallest in the industry 2W, 4W, 8W and 16W Ka-Band and X-Band Block Up Converters, which are still widely used in multiple government Projects. Actox has developed and is currently producing 2W-400W C-Band, 2W-250W Extended Ku-Band and Low Ku-Band BUCs, as well as 6W-40W DBSBand, 2W-200W X-Band and 3W-100W Ka-Band BUCs, and LNBs for all frequency bands, Redundancy systems, Flexible Waveguides and various RF accessories.
